₹ 1.2CR Deal: Bizman cheat, FIR is calculated after the court order

Gurgaon: A businessman from the city was deceived by Rs 1.25 Crore by people who claimed to invest in property and buy land from him while just making partial payments for it.
The case has now been registered in the court.
Complainants, which have been identified as Mehar RAM, need money and want to sell some of their land in Mohali.
The defendant, identified as Yudhbir and Kuldeep, was known to him and met him in his office in the city several times in this matter.
They finally agreed to buy land and convince to make payments sequentially.
They carried out the agreement in May 2010, and made a payment in advance of Rs 30 Lakh.
The defendant insisted on carrying out the registry for the agreement and said that they would do the rest of the payment at the next stage.
Then, despite some reminders, the defendant did not give the remaining money, and continued to provide reasons for delays.
Mehar then filed a complaint to the police on December 4, 2021 but there was no action taken in this case.
Finally he approached the court in February this year and now towards Magistrate Yudicial Ist Class (JMIC) Anil Kumar, a case has been registered under Section 420 (cheating), 406 (forging), 468 (forging), 468 (forging) documents ), 471 (using fake documents), 506 (criminal intimidation) and 120B (criminal conspiracy) IPC at the City Police Station.
