On Wednesday, Kharge said 0.08 Bitcoin accused of defendant Robin Khandelawala by Central Crime Branch (CCB) Sleuth had vanished from the police wallet where they had been moved.
Kharge also objected to the police who took technical assistance from Unocoin, a Bitcoin exchange company, during the investigation because it had approached the police said their website was hacked.
“This is truly a false claim.
We clarified that 0.08 Bitcoin along with three cryptocurrency (worth Rs 2.5 lakh) was confiscated from the account of Robin Khandelawala and transferred to the police wallet.
The same thing was intimized to court.
This fact has been mentioned Obviously the court together with Chargesheet.
