1.4L children in 15-18 age groups are affixed to Mysore Dist

MySuru: MySuru District Health Department launched a Covid vaccination drive for students in the age group 15-18 years on Monday.
It was some confusion over an approval letter from parents in some institutions, the drive went smoothly.
Officials sighed relieved because the majority of students voluntarily advanced to take Jab.
There was no great vaccine doubt, officials said.
In MySuru, Rakshitha B and Renuka N, two PUC II students from PU College Maharani, were the first to take Jab.

Mysuru District Administration has made complicated arrangements to ensure that all students who qualify for the earliest vaccine.
On Mondays and Tuesdays, 100 teams will vaccinate students, while it will double from Wednesday.
In Mysuru, 60 teams will work to investigate students.
“We plan to vaccinate 1.4 lakh students in this district in 15 days,” explained the official.
In the adjacent Chamarajanagar area, the vaccination drive starts without problems.
Former Minister and Chamarajanagar MLA C Puttaranga Setty inaugurated the drive.
