1-gene graduates to get priority in work: cm

Chennai: Head of Minister M K Stalin on Saturday clarified that the Tamil Nadu government would prioritize first generation graduates at work in the government sector.
He instructed the authorities to develop training modules and courses at the government training center for young people to excel in competitive exams.
CM chaired a meeting review with officials of the Ministry of Finance and Human Resources at the Secretariat.
He instructed officials to take steps needed to help more young people from the country to clean up competitive exams.
To achieve it, the speakers must design courses offered through government training centers for state children.
They must create awareness among young people about employment opportunities available in government and state government and guide them to the required qualifications and about how to prepare for competitive exams, he said.
CM insists on providing special training for government employees to improve their service quality to the public.
He directed officials to improve the quality of training at Anna Institute of Management and other government institutions that train young people for competitive exams.
He asked the senior bureaucrats to use the facilities at the Civil Service Training Institute in Bhavanisagar to conduct online training for government employees to improve their abilities.
Minister of Finance and Management of Human Resources Palantivel Thiagarajan, Chief Secretary of V IRBU Anbu, Principal of the Additional Krishnan and Secretary of the Ministry of Management of the Human Resources MYTHILI K Rajendran participated in the meeting.
