Bikaner: In the case of insult related to land disputes, the court in Bikaner on Tuesday gave a civil prison sentence for a month to Dholpur Collector and then the Secretary of the Development Development (UIT) Rakesh Kumar Jaiswal and former Chairman of the Mahavir Rana UIT.
Anil Acharya, a lawyer for Magharam’s complainant alias Meghraj, told Ti that the insult case was submitted against two carrier of the UIT office in September 2017 after the land dispute where, despite the ban on the court, UIT initiated the auction process and published advertising in the newspaper.
The court had ordered the temporary commandment to maintain the status quo and the Gangashahar police appointed as the recipient of the disputed land, Acharya said.
Instead of obeying orders, Jaiswal and Ranka initiated the auction process and advertisements published in newspapers in this matter.
The insulting petition was submitted before a court by Meghraj on October 4, 2017 against Jaiswal and Rana, a BJP leader.
On Tuesday, additional civilian judges, No.
2, Bikaner, Hukmichand Gahnolia issued an order to punish Jaiswal and shutter with a month of civil prison.
Jaiswal was promoted to IAS Cadre while becoming Secretary of the UIT in Bikaner and is currently posted as a Dholpur collector.
At the same time, the Chairperson of Ranka’s confidence then resigned from the position after the Government of the Congress came to power.
Dholpur Jaiswal collector told TII, “I have received information about the command of the Bikaner Court; this is a violation of Bailabale.
I will appeal against court decisions in this matter.”
