Jaipur: The thief looted 10 lockers from the National Bank branch located in Takhatgarh in Pali on Sunday.
According to police Takhatang, the incident came to pay attention to Monday morning when bank guards and other employees entered the office.
They found a broken locker and looted along with cash.
“Thieves use cutters to cut off a portion of the roof to enter the bank branch.
It seems that the incident must occur during the early hours.
The Bank’s authority told us about the incident in the morning.
The Bank officer called the owner of the locker to find out the exact number of jewelry,” said A senior police officer takhatang.
The police have taken several CCTVs from the bank and also from the nearest area.
One bank customer, Rekha Suthar sobbed when he came to the bank branch on Monday morning.
“I have a locker at the bank and I have saved nearly 23 golden jewelery.
The bank authority stated that my locker was among those damaged by thieves,” he said while talking to TOI.
The locals are also angry with the fact that the bank branch is located only 500 meters from the local station and still crime occurs.
Other bank customers, RAM Bishnoi said, “It seems that the night patrolling the police was only in the newspaper.
If they are alert during patrol, the incident will be avoided.” Police stated that the major investigation suggested that it was a well-organized robber gang that brought various Tools include metal cutters and hammer.
“We are examining CCTV footage banks and other nearby areas.
