100 Get notifications for Flouuting Building Plans on DLF-5

Gurgaon: Around 100 residential properties on DLF Phase 5 have been presented restoration orders by wings enforcement of city departments and planning countries for violations of building norms.
Orders follow the showcuse notification to the owners of these buildings, which fail to provide a satisfying reply.
The City District Planner (Enforcement) Batth Hospital said the property owner has violated the terms and conditions mentioned in the sanctions given to them.
“They have done additional construction or change changes in the structure after securing a job certificate.
This is a violation,” he added.
He said that if the property owner failed to restore the building as mentioned in the order in a week, the DTCP could start sealing it.
“They must take corrective steps within seven days, failing which, the team of his team can begin to seal houses from September,” Batth added.
Asked about violations, the assistant planner of Ashish Sharma City said that in many cases, property owners have built more floors than the amount mentioned in the layout.
“The department can also register pine against violators if needed,” he added.
DTCP recently announced that the buildings in the licensed colony have been issued by OCS will be checked to ascertain whether property owners have adhere to the original building plan or doing unauthorized construction.
In terms of violations, OC buildings can be withdrawn, officials said.
This department is also five law enforcement teams for certain areas under junior engineers.
The decision was taken after several construction complaints and unauthorized changes in the property that had secured OCS.
Over the past few months, there are several illegal construction complaints on DLF 1 and 2 areas.
“We have conducted a survey in this licensed colony and will immediately serve the notification of the owner of this building,” Batth said.
Explain the notification of restoration, the official said the building owner was directed to remove all unauthorized construction that was not in the approved plan.
“These buildings will face demolition if the owner fails to restore it,” he said.
According to him, the complaints of illegal colonies mostly come from Sultanpur, Garhi Harsaru, Sadrna, Bhondsi, Chandu, Dhan are and other nearby villages.
