Gurgaon: About 100 encroachment in government land in the City corporation of Manesar (MCM) has been served notice by the Town Department and State Planning (DTCP).
Wild residents have been given a week to remove illegal structures, failed drives demolition that will begin.
According to officials, this seizure was served notice in 2019 as well by the Department of Public Works (PWD) to penetrate the way 44 feet when developing and maintaining the stretch.
Corporation, on the other hand, plans to expand the road, which they need to clean up encroachment.
The District City Planner (Enforcement) of Batth Hospital said encroachment on government land within the boundaries of city companies was a criminal violation below the part 408 (2) corporate law Haryana Municipal, 1994.
“In addition, the perpetrators also caused damage to government property.” BATTH said his team conducted a survey after complaints from locals and found that violators had penetrated the government of 44 feet.
“According to the notice, the seizure has a week to remove encroachment if it does not drive demolition will be carried out in the area.
Also the costs incurred during drives demolition will be restored from them,” DTP said.

“MCM is new and therefore many planning is being carried out for Manesar’s development.
In such a scenario, all government land must be released from encroachment so as to develop the same for developing infrastructure and other public facilities in the future,” he added.
