PANAJI: Goa records 100% results for class X and class XII from the board for the Indian school certificate exam (CISCE).
The state has four schools that offer ICSE (class X Board), where 302 students – 162 boys and 140 women – registered.
Only one school in Goa offers ISC (class XII from the Board) and 107 students – 44 boys and 63 girls – registered for the exam.
“Whether, girls and men, have reached a percentage of 100% pass on ICSE and ISC,” said the council, stating the results for Goa on Saturday.
For the academic year 2020-21, public examination was canceled because the pandemic and students were assessed based on the formula provided by the Board.
“For ICSE, one tribal candidate scheduled to undergo an examination, achieved a percentage of 100% pass.
Three OBC candidates participated in the examination, achieving a percentage of 100% pass Chief Executive and Council Secretary.
To calculate the results for ICSE, the average value in the subjects scored by students in various tests conducted by schools in class IX and X are considered.
Internal assessment signs are printed by students in the project and practical work for the ICSE examination in 2021 taken into account.
For ISC, Marks scored by students in class XI and XII on tests carried out by school considered.
Project work signs and / or practical work for the ISC exam in 2021 are taken into account.
