Panaji: After a surge in Covid cases in Goa, Chairman of the Pramod Ministers Sawant on Wednesday said that parties and events in the coastal state would only be permitted if guests had 100 percent negative vaccination or Covid negative certificate.
“100 percentage vaccination for parties and restaurants or covid negative certificate ownership has been mandatory.
If you will not be allowed to host the event,” Sawant told reporters here.
The minister’s chairman also said that the command for the effect would be released later on Wednesday.
Even when the Covid case crossed the three image marks on Tuesday, Sawant refused to impose curfew or limit, which stated that his government did not want to block the tourism business.
Crack foot travel to the coastal country has peaked after the Christmas and New Year celebrations.
