New Delhi: On the day Delhi recorded 23 deaths due to Covid-19, the highest daily toll road in almost seven months, and 21,259 cases, Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) issued orders that direct all private offices, unless they excluded categories, to be closed.
