100 years beat 2 Covid waves with self-discipline, spirituality

Nagpur: Centenarian Krishnao Dalvi, who completed 100 years on January 1, has succeeded in remaining untouched in two Covid waves, relying on his strong belief in self-discipline and relations with deep spirituality.
Complete teetotalers, non-smokers and pure vegetarians, Dalvi claims its strict regime behind the health of his voice, which has helped him pass 100 magical years this week.
His daily routine included Pranayama, Yoga and Light Exercises starting at 5:30 a.m.
followed by Bhajan and reflection songs until 7:30 a.m., and all day.
Even though he is, Dalvi volunteer to take more vaccine photos as social responsibility than personal security.

“We intend to now publish the collection of probes on the 101st birthday opportunities next year,” said Aparna, who also said the health secret of his father-in-law was a disciplined compliance.
Dalvi said his poem was connected with the Almighty, which he called ‘Vimalbai’ or a purity woman.
“God is a mother who has created us and all.
I connect my poem to Vimalbai or God regardless of the peak and the lowest life,” said Dalvi, who wrote his first poem at the age of 17.
Aparna said his father-in-law’s first poem was also part of the collection.
“We found his poem after he offered one of them as ganesh meaning for us to sing.
Everyone who hears it, likes it.
Every poem has a date, time and place written by him, which is also a unique feature,” he said.
Dalvi never fell sickly also did not depend on any pills.
