10,000 jobs to flood the IT sector Gujarat in the next 6 months

Ahmedabad: Supported by increasing demand for digitization and automation in the Information Technology Sector (IT) and it-enabled-enabled (ITES), companies in Gujarat are looking to employ more people in the coming days.
Industrial estimates by GIANTS and other companies show that at least 10,000 more people are expected to be employed in the TI Gujarat sector in the next two quarters.
For example, an Outsourcing firm based in Ahmedabad, Analytix Business Solutions (India), which provides technology solutions for US-based businesses, is looking to recruit more than 100-150 people in the coming months.
“We continue to watch a strong project pipeline and the addition of new clients this year.
We have employed nearly 200 people between January and June this year.
To be able to meet further growth goals, we plan to hire 100-150 people in various business units,” said Rajiv Bhatia, Presidential Surgery – India, Analytix Business Solutions.
Similarly, QX Global Group, an outsourcing company, also wants to employ at least 500 people in various departments.
The CEO of the Frank Group Robinson said, “We have a strategic partnership with six universities and the most prominent Indian business schools.
We have invested one million euros for the current financial year to train 1,000 postgraduate accountants in 2022 of all our global operations.” Gujarat is Home for at least 2,000 IT and ITES companies in addition to many technology startups.
With the increasing number of companies that choose automation, demand for IT services has grown.
“Some businesses are undergoing cloud transitions involving basic business process automation ranging from accounting to the presence and concierge management at the break-neck speed.
It has spurred demand for fresh professionals,” explained Ravi Pathak, founder and CEO, Tatvic Analytics, who planned to employ at least 100 people in five months.
To be able to maintain talent and attract fresh professionals, IT companies launch favorable packages for middle-level professionals to senior levels.
However, fresh talents are often taken from the Tier-II market or Tier-III.
“The remote work has dispersed geographical boundaries to recruit and therefore, the company prefers to absorb younger talents from Tier-II and Tier-III cities and cities where the cost of living is lacking.
Therefore, they are.
Can make a favorable offer according to their budget to get new talent, “said Pathak.
Industrial players suggest that many businesses in banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), segments of health care products and consumers, are adopting automation and cloud-based services, which have poured more work orders for IT companies.
