Hyderabad: 1,005 kg Cannabis, also known as marijuana, worth more than Rs 2 Crore in the Gray Market, has been confiscated in Bhadradri District Kothagudem in Telangana, police said on Wednesday.
The seizure was made from a truck on Tuesday during vehicle checks, they said.
The driver and truck cleaners were detained, and a registered case, said the police.
The investigation revealed that narcotics came from Sileru in the District of Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh and was taken to Madhya Pradesh, they said.
