Gurgaon: The second day of drive booster vaccination in the city begins with a slow record similar to day 1.
Only 2,865 recipients get JAB on Tuesday, while the Ministry of Health has opened 10,180 slots – 5,000 for recipients registered Cowin and 5,180 for running – at 74 Session site.
Nearly 38,000 health workers and frontline and senior citizens with comorbidity qualify for a dose of booster.
“More people will come for a booster dose so the Covid surge is a bit deteriorating.

We hope it will soon be picked up,” said Chief Medical Officer Yadav said .
Meanwhile, 7,265 teenagers in the age group 15-17 years were vaccinated on Tuesday.
19,305 people in groups 18-44 also took shots.
In the 45-plus category, 2,064 people are inoculated.
Overall, 32,208 Jab is managed.
16,539 the first dose and 12,804 second dose were given to the recipient in the city on Tuesday.
As many as 45.53,357 Jab has been given in Gurgaon since January 16, when the city began to provide covid vaccination.
Of these, 25,22,047 is the first dose and 20.17,476 is the second dose.
