11 illegal structures insulted in Aravalis

Gurgaon: A team from the Sohna City Council made a demolition encouragement against illegitimate construction in Ansals Aravali resigned in Raisina on Wednesday and destroyed 11 structures.
This is the fourth demolition drive like in this year’s area.
This step occurred after the National Green Tribunal (NGT) in October 2020 directed the Haryana government to restore forests at the Hills of the Aravalis on January 31, 2021.
“We destroyed 11 structures, including Farhood and Limit Walls, today (Wednesday) and planned for Do more drives like that in the coming days.
We are in the process of recovering forest land, “said Sandeep Malik, executive official, Sohna City Council.
The first demolition drive in the area was carried out on February 8, when 15 structures were insulted.
On March 20, seven other structures were leveled and the third demolition was carried out on June 23 when 10 insulted structures.
Officials said that because of the increasing number of Covid-19 cases and the lack of staff to be postponed.
There are more than 400 farm houses in the Raisina area.
Demolition notice issued in June 2019 after the survey.
A total of 195 notifications of the cause of the show were issued for agricultural houses for illegal construction in Aravalis, most of which were in Ansals Aravali retreat.
Acting in the direction of NGT, Gurgaon government has been in June, has replaced the term ‘Gair Mumkin Farmhouse’, which has found its way into income records and helps skirt owners of agricultural homeowners from aravali notice which came into force in 1992, with the original term, ‘Gair Mumkin Pahad’ (no incorporated hill).
Under the Aravali Notification of the Ministry of Environment The Union, ‘Gair Mumkin Pahad’ is a protected soil where the construction of the building, road, electrification and cutting trees is not permitted.
Meanwhile, the owner of the farmhouse in the retreat said the problem was in court and they bought land from private owners.
It was never part of all types of forest areas and was not informed under the Punjab land conservation law, which they claimed.
“Aravali retreat projects are not included in the aravali notification, therefore the question of norm violations does not appear.
Also, notifications do not ban the construction completely but with previous sanctions,” Sharad Mohan said, the owner of a farmhouse in Ansal Retreat.
Meanwhile, environmental lovers, said the drive was required to ensure that the area was recovered again as a forest.
“NGT order has directed the corporation to recover land on January 31 this year.
It has been more than 10 months since the order, but the demolition work is not over,” said Col SS Oberoi (RETD), an environmental lover.
