Jaipur: Eleven Rajasthan passengers were among injured on the train Bikaner-Guwahati Express which slipped on Thursday, however, there were no victims reported from the country.

Officials claimed that more than 100 calls were received in the Bikaner division although on Friday it declined significantly.
According to officials, more than three dozen people were injured in an accident where 11 came from Rajasthan.

The train left Bikaner at 1:45 a.m.
on Thursday and slipped around 5pm near Jalpaiguri Baru because 12 coaches came out of the track.
According to Northwest Railway officials, 1,225 passengers from Rajasthan have taken the train.

“After the helpline number was launched, we got more than 150 calls from the maximum Bikaner division followed by Jaipur where we got around 70 calls.

The Chairman of the Ashok Minister Gehlot has asked for his Minister Bharwar Singh Bhati and Govind Ram Meghwal to reach Bagdogra in West Bengal and coordinate in aid work on behalf of Rajasthan.
The duo reached there on Friday and took a stock situation.
“We have met people who were injured and saw the accident site too.
Those who have serious injuries will be given compensation each Rs 1 lakh from the state government while those who have a minor injury will be given by Rs 50,000.
We have asked The minister’s train to set a high level probe into this problem, “said Meghwal.
