Mumbai: Eleven people were arrested for allegedly kidnapping a 4-month-old girl and sold it for Rs 4.8 lakh to Tamil Nadu-based civil engineer, an official said on Tuesday, adding that the baby had been saved by two Mumbai police teams from.
