The father of one of the suspected victims, an ATS officer has complained to Deputy Dean in January 2010.
However, one who was suspected of being the victim told the court that the defendant was his senior.
Contrary to the prosecution case he said that on January 2, 2010 his senior called him to the dormitory and a relaxed interview and the introduction was taken.
