12 Again Death Children from Mystery Fever in Firozabad

Agra: 12 more children surrendered to the “Mystery of Fever” in Firozabad District in the last 24 hours, said Health Department officials on Sunday.
“Intense” viral fever has swept the parts of Uttar Pradesh who claimed 68 lives, including 40 children, during the past week.
Most of them report high fever, dehydration and sudden decreases number of platelets.
Others have bloody symptoms and die during treatment.
Now, with the recovery time of stretching for more than 10 days, the government hospital begged for beds and blood banks stretched.
A large number of cases have been reported from Agra Regency, Mathura, Mainpuri, took up and KasGanj, with the Firozabad district saying the worst affected.
Health officials told TOI that some cases of virus fever were reported from the east too.
A terrible situation in Firozabad Medical College where 72 children from 135 struggled to live.
More than 50% of them have symptoms of dengue fever, officials added.
Vinod Kumar, a father and resident who is not consistent from Sekhpur Firozabad Village, said, “My four-year-old daughter suffered a high viral fever for four days.
We have admitted him to a private hospital because there are no empty beds available Elsewhere.
After low platelets and high fever, he died on Saturday.
“With rural areas beat badly, some of these patients shift to Agra and other cities.
The team from the Ministry of Health reaches villagers with drugs as well.
But, there are no records of those who are dying in private hospitals and at home in rural areas.
“The situation in this district is worrying,” said Firozabad MLA Manish Asija, added that “waterlogging, lack of sanitation and cleanliness is the reason behind the spread of the disease.” The Firozabad District Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Dr.
Neta Kulshrestha said, “Twelve children have died of viral fever in the last 24 hours.
The cause must be studied.” CMO added that all patients at the government hospital were tested for Covid-19 and so far there were no detailed viral infections.
While the Head of the Medical Inspector (CMS) Firozabad Medical College, Dr.
Hansraj Singh, said that they increased the number of beds.
“Viral fever patients are being accepted in the Covid-19 ward.
Doctors and paramedics alert,” CMS added.
“The intensity of his fever is worrying.
Children take two weeks to recover.” On Sunday, additional director of the Ministry of Health, Ak Singh, said, “With high humidity, the temperature in the Agra region remains above normal, which is ideal for the spread of transmitted diseases Through such a vector.
However, the case of death is being investigated.
In certain cases, patients have co-morbidity.
