Mumbai: Shiv Sena, in response to the opposition allegations, confirmed the suspension of 12 MLA BJP for accusing the behavior that was difficult to manage with the ranking officer at the State Assembly on Monday.
The Samna funeral party, in the editorial, asked whether “Suppression Governor” of 12 names suggested by the Government of Maha Vikas Aghadi has recommended for the council of the legislature not amounts to “killing of democracy”.
The state on Tuesday suspended 12 BJP legislators for a year because it created a commotion in the assembly through discussions about the issue of the OBC quota.
Devendra Fadnivis, opposition leader in the assembly, has mentioned the actions of “killing democracy” and threatened to move to court.
Responding to these accusations, Shiv Sena raised questions for 12 names recommended for the MLC post through the Governor’s quota eight months ago and the suspension of 19 Congress-NCP MLA in the past.
