12L students reach school on the day of reopening

Thiruvananthapuram: More than 12 Lakh students reached school on the first day, when schools in the country were partially reopened after the 19-month gap was caused by a pandemic.

More than six lakh students have a government that has just joined the school this year.

Students have been divided into different batches so that the number of students occupies a bench can be limited to two.
Those who do not want to attend school now have the option to continue their studies using an online system in place.
Classes begin on Monday for class I to VII, X and XII.
Classes for standard remaining will begin on November 15.
Close to 43 lakh students should reach school in two phases.
From them, 6.07.702 is a newcomer.
According to sources, there was an increase of nearly 30,000 students who took the entrance ticket to the first standard in the government and the school assisted this year, compared to last year.
