Nagpur: Justice Rohit Deo of all Nagpur bench of Bombay high court absolved petitioner Giridharilal Agrawal of cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy charges filed by his own brother Sushil, in Hingna police station in 2008.
Selecting an instance of criminal writ petition, the court quashed dictates of magistrate along with sessions courtroom, also discharged Giridharilala freelancer, in the situation.
An offence has been lodged against Giridharilal, Vijay Naidu and the others to allegedly grabbing property possessed by Sushil, who’s the complainant according to police records, by manipulating earnings documents, maps and possession particulars together with the authorities.
Giridharilal was accused of conspiracy to get conniving with other people to dispossess Sushil, that had been having valid disputes with the petitioner.
The court found that’there is not any material on record to justify a trial from the petitioner-accused’.
