Gurgaon: City on Thursday reported 13 omicron cases again.
According to the Ministry of Health, they all have a history of travel and fully vaccinated.
Of the 13 cases, 12 has been tested negative now, while one patient is in house isolation and has no symptoms.
“All 12 other patients are also asimptomatic.
At present, the city only has one active omicron case.
We have sent their samples about 10 days to sequence genome and receive reports on Thursday,” said Virender Yadav CMO, adding that the search for their contacts done but nothing was found infected with covid.

A health official said a total of 29 contacts from 13 patients were tracked and tested.
“About nine of the 13 people have traveled to the US or UK.
The 13 tourists were tested negative at IGI airport, but were tested positive when they underwent a second test about seven days after they reached the city,” he added.
Haryana, meanwhile, reported 23 cases of omicron on Thursday.
