New Delhi: The day after the leaders of the 15 opposition parties gathered in the former Breakfast Meeting of the Rahul Gandhi Congress, 17 members of the NDA Party stressed their demand for discussion in parliament on Pegasus Spyware and revoked three agricultural laws.
17 Opposition leaders issued a joint statement on Wednesday where they said, “The opposition party stands firm and united at their request for discussion about Pegasus’s problems in both houses, answering by the Minister of Home Affairs, because it has a national security size.” The statement said the opposition has also expressly said that the discussion of the issues and agitation of farmers arising from three farmers and black farms must follow the discussion of Pegasus’s controversy peering.
“It is unfortunate that the government has released a misleading campaign to slander the combined opposition and blame it because of sustainable disorders in parliament,” he said.
The opposition leaders said responsibility for the deadlock were located right on the verge of the government.
They accused that the government remained “arrogeless and obedient” and refused to accept opposition requests for information debates in both houses.
The statement finally said, “Opposition once again urged the government to respect parliamentary democracy and accept discussion.” Signing with the statement including opposition leader at Rajya Sabha Malikarjun Kharge, Anand Sharma, NCP Supremo Sharad Pawar, TR Balu and Tiruchi Siva from DMK, Ramgopal Yadav (Jamajwadi Party), Derek O’Brien and Kalyan Bannerjee (TMC), Sanjay Raut and Vinayak Raut (Shiv Sena), Manoj Jha (RJD), Sushil Gupta (AAP), ET MOHD BASHEER (IUML), Hasnain Masoodi (National Conference), Malamaram Kareem, CPI (M) and Binoy VisWam (CPI).
In the breakfast meeting held by Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday, opposition leaders jointly decided to continue to demand discussions in parliament in the issue of Pegasus Snooping, revoked three agri-marketing laws and inflation.
The 100-strange MPS then rises to the parliament on a bicycle.
The opposition has decided to keep the heat in the government by disrupting the parliamentary process and forcing the delay in the two houses.
Both parliamentary houses were postponed repeatedly every day since the rainy season session was held on July 19.
