Thiruvananthapuram: A 13-year-old girl died on Wednesday under the boundary of the Vilappilsala police station outside the city under mysterious state after she was suspected of being strangled by a scarf.
The girl had told the police that the accident occurred when she played with a scarf.
However, the police suspected that it could be a suicide case and had launched an investigation in this matter.
The police said that the alleged incident occurred at around 5:30 a.m.
on Wednesday.
His family told the police that they saw it depending on the snare at the end of the shawl and rushed to the hospital in Vilappilsala.
