Noida: The 13-year-old girl allegedly kidnapped and raped by a 21-year-old young man who lives in his neighborhood in Bhangel.
His family told the police they found it with his hands tied up near the exhaust channel eight hours after he was gone.
After the initial medical test did not confirm rape, the police sent the wind to be examined to the Forensic Laboratory in Lucknow, said the Senior Phase II Sub-Inspector of Rajkumar Chauhan.
DCP (Women’s Safety) Vrinda Shukla said the statement of 164 girls was noted, where she denied something had happened.
Grade 7 students have returned from school at 12:30 on Monday and told his 10-year-old brother he was headed to the market to buy biscuits, his uncle said.
When he didn’t return, he looked for it but couldn’t find it, after that he told their parents.
“They told me and we were looking for too.
We then told Sector 110 Police Chowki,” said the girl’s uncle.
Parents saw their neighbors Vicky, a tempo driver, when they returned.
“He told them the girl was lying near the sewer in sector 81.
When we could not find it, we told the police we suspected the involvement.
Vicky’s brothers were questioned and said he often used drugs,” said the girl’s uncle.
His family found the girl lying near the water channel with her hand tied to Dupatta.
ACP 1 (middle noida) Abdul Qadir said Vicky had been detained and ordered under the IPC 363 section (kidnapping) and 376 (rape).
