Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala reported 13,563 fresh cases and 130 deaths on Friday, took the total affected in the country to 30,39,029 and the toll road to 14,380.
Malappuram reported the highest number of cases – 1,962, followed by Kozhikode with 1,494 and Kollam with 1,380 cases.
“From those found infected today, 52 reached a country from the outside of 12,769 contracted disease from their contacts.
The source of 685 infection has not been traced.
Fifty-seven health workers are also infected,” Health Minister Veena George said in the release.
He said the country had tested 1,30,424 samples in the last 24 hours, took the cumulative number of specimens checked 2,41,76,318.
The test level of the test reached 10.4%.
Meanwhile, 10,454 people were restored from the disease on Friday, taking the total amount healed to 28,11,054.
At present, there are 1,13,115 people under the states.
There were 3.87,496 people in observations, of which 24,575 were on the isolation route from various hospitals.
This release also said there were 196 local self-government agencies with a test level of more than 15% test.
