Noida: Noida police on Saturday detained 14 people, including five girls, by a pool party in a farmhouse at Sector 135.
Police stated they were violating Covid protocols.
Yatendra Kumar Yadav, SHO of all Expressway police station, stated that we have advice of a pool party in Sector 135.
“We also acquired a criticism on the helpline number stating that the band had been playing loud music.
A group went into the place and discovered that the band was celebrating somebody’s birthday and a few 13 individuals had come in Delhi.
But, based on Covid tips, swimming pools have been to start.
They had been breaking up the regulations and have been breaking night curfew principles,” he explained.
Police stated that the caretaker of the home was also detained but the operator and the other caretaker was able to flee.
“We’re attempting to trace themand actions will also be removed,” that the SHO stated.
The 14 individuals are booked under Sections 188 (disobedience to purchase duly promulgated by people servant), 269 (negligent act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) and 270 (cancerous activity likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life) of this IPC.
