New Delhi: Bombay HC on Friday released an order guarantee Aryan Khan, son of actor Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan, his friend Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha model in a case submitted by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) followed his attack on a liner cruise ship on October 2.
The three have been given a guarantee on Thursday.

The condition of the guarantee includes that the three will attend the NCB Mumbai office on Friday between 11:00 a.m.
until 2:00 p.m.
To mark their presence and cannot damage the probe or make any statements including on social media about this case and must deposit their passports.
All of them have spent 26 days in detention, 22 of which have been imprisoned.
The court in its order establishes this condition, because the violation of NCB can apply for guarantee cancellation:
Here are fourteen guarantee conditions:
RS bail bail.
1 lakh with one or more surets will be equipped.
They cannot pamper themselves in any activity that is similar to the activity based on the CR stood registering against them for violations based on the NDPS law.
Will not try to build communication with charges of shared or other people involved directly or indirectly in similar activities or make any calls to anyone involved in similar activities as a suspicion of them.
Will not take any action that reduces the trial before the Special Court (established under the NDPS Law)
Cannot make efforts to influence witnesses or damage evidence.
Must give up the passport before a special court.
Cannot give any statement to the media about the court process.
Unable to leave the country without prior permission from a special judge for NDPS in larger Mumbai.
If they have to get out of bigger Mumbai, they must notify the investigative officer; and must send their travel plans.
Must appear in front of the NCB Mumbai office every Friday between 11:00 to 2 noon.
Must attend all dates in court.
Must join the investigation and when called to do it before the NCB authority.
After the trial began, they could not try to postpone the trial.
If the three of them violates this provision, the NCB has the right to apply to special judges / courts for their guarantee cancellation.
During the hearing of the application guarantee on Thursday, ASG Anil Singh who appeared for the NCB against the request said “Aryan Khan is an ordinary medicine consumer.
There is evidence to prove that he has provided drugs.”
NCB emphasizes that Khan and Merchants together and Khan are in “conscious ownership” and he is connected with the vendors and the whole case is one, who cannot be dissected and the commercial amount.
Senior adviser beat Rohatgi, appearing for Aryan Khan against the charge of the “commercial number” of NCB and argued that the number of drugs seized from the two accused was the amount of Minuscule.
He also said there were no cases made for “greater conspiracy” from the WhatsApp chat presented by NCB.
The court guarantees to the three on Thursday afternoon after hearing all parties.
