Jaipur: Only six districts report Covid cases in the state of 33 in the state.
In the last 24 hours, 14 people were tested positively taking the overall calculation to 9.53,925.
The state pond stands at 8,954.
The district that reported new cases was Udaipur (5), Jaipur (3), Ajmer (3), and one case respectively reported from the Nagaur, Sikar and Madhopur Sawai.
Overall, 10 districts did not report any active case, while the remaining 23 currently accommodates 208 active cases.
Jaipur has 60 active cases, the highest in the state, followed by Udaipur (45), Ajmer (15), Alwar (14), while Nagaur and Pali have 11 active cases in each of the two districts.
While Covid’s weekly front level can almost be ignored, the health department now focuses on Covid vaccination.
In the state, 4.41 Lakh recipients were seen in vaccination on Saturday.
So far, 3.7 crore doses have been given, where 2.8 crore is the first dose and 89.5 lakh seconds.
A health department official said they had received 5.4 lakh doses of covishield and 1 lakh dose of covaxin.
“The dosage received today will be distributed between the district,” he said.
