“We’ve detained 14 accused from the racket that comprised Dr Vatsal Barad (22), Dr Yash Chavda (23), Mehul Kateshiya (22), Gopal Vansh (25), Ashok Kagadia (28), Nikunj Thakar (21), Sagar Kiyada (22), Subham Tiwari (25), Vishwas Pavra (26), Abhisek Shah (24), Utsav Nimavat (25), Ruday Jagani (33) along with Hiren Ramani (32),” Manoj Agarwal, Police Commissioner, Rajkot, told media persons on Monday.
The listing of 14 detained comprises two naturopathic physicians, three are now nursing employees, two medical shop owners, three workers of Ankleshwar-based business and also an employee of a chemical business in Ankleshwar.
“The very first offender in this racket is Hardik Vadalia (33), who’s operating in Ankleshwar-based J B Compounds.
Others — Shah, Vishwas and Subham — are still operating in Lyka labs that generates both of these injections.
The three utilized to sneak injections and its own wrappers by the business and provide it into Vadalia.
