14 positive tests at children’s homes in Ulhasnagar

Ulhasnagar: Fourteen children tested positive for Covid-19 in children’s homes here.
Four of them are physically challenged.
All aged 12-18 and have been treated at the Covid Care Center.
Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation (UMC) officials said they were asymptomatic and his condition was stable.
Some children have complained of previous fever and cough.
The staff approached the UMC health department, which on Thursday held a camp and tested 25 of 75 children.
A health department official told Tii, “we conducted an antigen test in 25 suspected cases, where 14 was tested positively.” KDMC Pro Yuvraj Bhadani said, “After 14 children tested our positive, through contact contacts, conducted RT-PCR tests at 10 staff and the results were expected on Saturday.” Bhadane added, “The Ministry of Health also cleanses children’s homes and all who undergo stable treatment, with lightweight fever and cough.”
