15-17 years: 50% of POPN targets get the first dose in K’Taka

Bengaluru: The State Government Monday said 50% of the target population in the age group 15-17 years has been invested with the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
Minister of Health K Sudhakar said: “From a total of 31 estimates.
7 Children Lakh in this age group in the state, we have given the first dose to 15.
6 lakh throughout the country.” Data shows PermentageWise, Kodagu conducted the highest number at 70%.
Eighteen districts in the coverage of more than 50%, including Bangalore Urban (51%).
Bangalore Rural Clock 47%, while the lowest percentage of vaccination was reported from Yadgir Regency at 29%.
