Manali: At least 15 houses are reported to extinguish the fire in Majhan Remote Gadaparli Panchayat Village from the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh on Saturday afternoon.
According to the source, the fire broke out at home at around 3:30 p.m.
Then spread to other homes and out of control.
The villagers tried to extinguish the fire but could not succeed.
Most houses in densely populated villages made of wood that help fire spread quickly.
Gadaparli is a pantryat remote from the Cullu district.
Unfortunately, all Panchayat villages are not connected via road.
It takes two to three hours to travel to the village.
Deputy Commissioner Kullu Ashutosh Garg said about 15 houses were reported to be dizzy in a fire.
“The villagers tried to extinguish the fire.
Fire services in Larji have rushed to the place but will take almost two hours for firefighters to walk to the village.
There are no reports of victims,” he said.
Fire reasons and appropriate damage reports are unclear because officials are on their way to the village.
Residents of Gadaparli Panchayat demanded to connect the villages of Shakti and Maror, can be reached after 15 to 20 km of uphill roads.
Some villages also do not have electricity or cellular connectivity.
Hundreds of houses, sometimes the full village is destroyed in the incidence of fire in Kullu District every year.
The fire incident destroyed traditional Kath-kuni houses where wood was the main construction material.
Wooden houses, most of them are very old, are the main victims of the fire at Kullu.
According to the Re Department, the short circuit is the main reason for winter fires because it is time when people use electric heaters and other equipment that put extra loads on old-house electrical cables.
Most villagers provide animal feed and firewood for winter in these houses.
As soon as one house caught fire, it spread to other homes.
