Goranghpur: Basti Police on Wednesday arrested 15 people because it was allegedly embarrassing a teenage couple publicly by blackening their faces and exploring them in Basti Village with a bouquet of flowers in their necks for the suitability of their love on Tuesday.
DM and SP Basti examined the scene, and convinced the families of the victims of justice quickly.
Both boys and girls belong to the SC community.
“In the complaint of the boy on Tuesday, the police registered a case below Section 147 (penalties for riots), 149 (each member of the Assembly violated the law guilty of committing a violation carried out in the prosecution of the general object, 323 (voluntarily causing illness), 504 ( Deliberately insulting and provocation), 506 (penalties for criminal intimidation), 355 (using criminal powers to anyone) IPC and Section 74, 75 of the Youth Justice Law, 2015.
During the Probe, SC / ST also added.

The people arrested are Vinay Kumar (44), Pawan Kumar (20), Rajkumar (24), Mannu (22), Jaswlal (27), Jaswlal (27) , Sukhla (27), Jagdish (27), Pasdesi (30), Shyamji (22), Lalbahadur (23), Sarju Maurya (25), Bheem Singh (21), Krishna Kumar (35), Gangaram Maurya (22) and Ankush Maurya (22) Singhi Village in the Basti District, police said.
