Mysuru: Former Minister and BJP MLA SA Ramadas said on Friday that 16 amusement parks would be developed in the Krishnaraja constituency area in the city.
The state government has provided sanctions of RS 24 Crore for the project, which will be launched in March.
There are 114 parks in the Krishnaraja segment, where 16 will be developed in the first phase, he told reporters.
He said the remaining parks would be developed in the second phase.
Ramadas said that Rs 25 Crore will be invested for the development of parks in the second phase.
“Every park will have separate toilets for men and women, Yoga Mangapa, drinking water facilities, CCTV cameras, and police chowk, gym, facilities for music therapy and will arrange music programs on weekends,” he said.
He also said that 14 funeral reasons would be developed in his election with modern facilities.
However, Young Chair HV Rajeev said that young will take planting and maintenance of plants in green order.
