Coimbatore: The aquatic authorities detained two individuals, including a small boy, for three bikes at one day.A group from Mettupalayam police station at nighttime patrol around Mandela Nagar on Dhasampalayam Road on Thursday night saw M Mohamed Abu Hurairah, 19 of Nadur at Mettupalayam plus also a 16-year-old boy, and a resident of SM Nagar in Mettupalayam, who uttered a bike parked in front of a home.
Authorities took them into the channel.
“Abu was functioning at a workshop and that the boy had been employed as a load guy.
Preliminary inquiry demonstrated that the duo stole the bike possessed by A Harish, 22, of Mandela Nagar on Thursday night.
On precisely the identical afternoon they had stolen bikes of A Faizur Rahman of KK Nagar plus also a Mohammed Sowkath Ali of Dhasampalayam Road,” a police officer said.Police enrolled three FIRs from the duo under Section 379 (theft) in the Indian Penal Code and also remanded them in judicial custody.
The small boy has been delivered to the monitoring home for juveniles in Lakshmi Mills Junction at Coimbatore city.
Abu had been shrouded in Pollachi sub-jail.
