Chennai: TN reported 1,608 fresh Covid-19 cases on Sundays, falling after four days, and 22 deaths again.

Among those who died on Sunday, 20 of them had comorbidity such as diabetes or hypertension and only three under the age of 50.
The fatality ratio of TN cases has drifted around 1.3% over the past four weeks.
The 98% recovery rate during these weeks has helped MN for reducing the number of active cases gradually.
At present, 16,473 patients underwent treatment at their hospital or home.

The active case ratio of TN is 0.6%.
