Patiala: In Patiala, as many as 94 elementary schools and 29 top elementary schools in Patiala District have witnessed an increase in registration of more than 25% during the current academic session.
A total of 16166 private school students have chosen government schools to have access to infrastructure education facilities and better quality available by the Ministry of Education in Government Schools.
District education officials revealed that as many as 8120 students from private schools had shifted to as many as 940 government elementary schools in the district.
Likewise, around 8046 students from private schools have been accepted themselves at 375 elementary schools in this district.
