17 centers in Noida, 32 in Ghaziabad offer teleserves to patients

Noida / Ghaziabad: The health department of GB Nagar has established an Integrated Covid Command Center (ICCUc) in Noida, Sector 127, and 16 additional centers to provide telekonsultation to Covid patients in house isolation.
Similarly, the Ghaziabad Health Department runs the ICCC from the Collectorate District and offers a teleconsultations from 31 more.
Until now, more than 90% of active cases did not require hospitalization.
The Ministry of Health from each ICCs oversees the health status of patients in house isolation and also seeks the help of the Indian Medical Association (IMA) to provide medical advice to patients.
ICCACC traces the development of any symptoms in patients through telephone calls for seven consecutive days from the date of commencement of house isolation in accordance with the latest state government guidelines.
In Gautam Budh Nagar, ICCCC is under supervision of additional district judges (L / A), Balram Singh.
It was run in three shifts with 30 telephone lines and 59 staff, consisting of 19 doctors and officers.
They call at least 3,800 patients every day.
16 other centers receive more than 100 calls per day.
Since December last year, 5,043 calls have been received from patients.
In addition, Gims, Greater Noida, on Wednesday launched Upchar, a cellular application to provide a telecast to patients who are free of charge.
Dr.
(Brig) Rakesh Gupta, Director, GIMS, said, “This application benefits more than 800 patients during the second wave.

The doctor’s team works all the time to provide a free telecultation to the patient isolated at home .

In Ghaziabad, ICCCC is under supervision of additional district judges (F / R), Vivek Srivastava.
There are 16 telephone lines that run in three shifts.
The number of staff is 33, including 18 doctors and officers.
They called around 2,100 patients per day.
31 other centers have received 5,181 calls from patients in the past and a half months.
Chief Medical Officer Dr.
Bhavtosh Shanthhdhar said, “A total of 10 government doctors Ghaziabad provides telemedicine services.
On our request, a list of 12 doctors has also been provided by IMA, Ghaziabad, for free services.”
