Greater Noida: Greater Noida Authority on Monday launched another industrial scheme of 17 plots ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 square meters, the second in the range of one and a half months.
The plot is in the Ecotech-10 sector, ECOTEK 1 extension 1, Ecotech 1 extension, UDYOG Kendra Ecotech 3 and UDYOG Kendra 1 Ecotech 3.
The last date to send the application for this scheme is January 8 is expected to produce an investment of Rs 1,200-1,500 Crore and Jobs For around 1,500-2,000 people, officials said.
“In recent years, Greater Noida has provided a better environment for the industry through the ease of doing business.
Investors continue to demand land to establish industries in the Greater Noida region.
Remembering this, our UDYOG cell has launched another industrial scheme of 17 plots,” said Narendra Bhoooshan, Gnida CEO.
According to Bhooshan, this interest increase was proven from the response three times received for the previous industrial scheme which was launched for 90 plots on November 3 this year.
More than 300 applications are accepted for schemes aimed at producing an investment worth Rs 900-1,000 Crore and job opportunities for around 2,500-3,000 people.
“The plot in the scheme ranges from 450 square meters to 40,470 square meters.
While the plot of less than 4,000 square meters will be carried out with a lottery, for the size of the plot above 4,000 square meters, interview-based alcohol will be carried out,” he said.
Meanwhile, the online application is invited from Monday to 17 industrial plots, and the last date to send the same is January 08.
“All types of green industries (non-pollution) are invited to regulate their units here after the allotment is complete” said Bhoooshan.
