Mumbai: Mumbai Traffic Police have announced road restrictions on Friday and Saturday for immersion Dussehra and Durga Idol.
Seventeen Roads will be closed, 18 roads will be made in one direction, parking will be banned in 21 roads and heavy items will be banned on seven roads.
Restrictions will take effect from 3pm to midnight on Friday and on Saturday.
The main road is closed: * Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Road from Sukh Sagar Junction to Giragaum Chowpatty.
* DB Marg: Junction Alibhai Premji to provide a crossroads.
* VP Road: CP Tank Circle to Bhalchandra Company.
* JSS Road: Shamaldas Gandhi to the Portuguese Church.
* SS Marg, Dadar: Siddhivinayak Temple to Kapad Bazaar Junction.
* Tank Road, Bhandup: LBS Junction to Jungle Mangal Road.
* SV Road, Bandra: Junction with Church Avenue Road to Junction with Turner Road.
* SV Road, Kandivalali: SV ROAD-MG ROAD JUNCTION TO LINK ROAD on both sides.
The main one-way road: * JSS Road: Opera House Junction to Nana Chowk Junction.
* Jalan Tardeo: One way for traffic from Nana Chowk to the Tardeo circle.
* Belasis the bridge will be closed for Western boops traffic.
* Veer Savarkar Marg: LJ Road, Mahim Junction to Siddhivinayak Temple Junction will be closed for South traffic.
* SK Bole Marg: Hanuman Temple to the Portuguese Church will be a one-way for the south-bound traffic.

This restriction will be effective from day to midnight.
“The movement of the vehicle in the middle lane is tied north from RA Kidway Road from Arora Junction to Junction Lijjat Papad and the middle lane that is bound south of the Junction Lijjat Papad to Arora Junction will be closed,” said a traffic police.
The vehicle continued from Arora Junction to Lijjat Papad Junction to the Wadala train station and the local vehicle will continue through the route number 1 north left side.
The vehicle continuing from the Wadala Lijjat Papad Junction Train Station towards Arora Junction will continue through the number 1 line which is bound south.
Vehicles arriving from various parts of the country will bring down participants at Gandhi Market Junction in BA Road and continue to park at RA Kidwai Marg.
Small cars will be parked in the arms tied north between Arora Junction to Junction Lijjat Papad.
Large vehicles like the bus will be parked in the southern arm between Lijjat Papad Junction to Arora Junction.
