Gurgaon: A total of 17 property owners at DLF-1, UPPAL Southend and Vipul World have been presented for unauthorized construction.
Complete prohibitions of construction activities have been enforced in the city because of poor air quality on the National Green Tribunal (NGT) guidelines.
The wing of enforcing the city and state planning department (DTCP) has also imposed a fine at all of Rs 5 Lakh (Rs 30,000 in each perpetrator) for violating the ban.
Of the 17 notifications, nine were released for residents of DLF-1 and eight to the property owner at UPPAL Southend and World Vipul.
The department also received complaints of ongoing construction activities in Esencia Ansencia and Versallia.
The enforcing team reaches points and stops construction.
This department carries out strict monitoring on all construction activities in NCR cities in the direction of the government.
The DTCP has appealed to Gurgaon residents to stop the ongoing construction until the order further remembers the increasing level of pollution.
DTCP officials said that in terms of any construction activities found in licensed areas under the developer, strict action in terms of penalty must be taken, along with further action according to the law.
“All developers are also directed at demanding their officials concerned to patrol in their licensed areas to ensure that even individual unit owners do not carry out construction.
Officials will visit their area to examine violations,” read the recent orders issued by DTCP to the builder.
Last week, DTCP was five teams to ensure that the prohibition of all types of construction and development activities in this city were enforced.
The team maintains an examination on all types of individual construction in around 30 licensed colonies.
