1,700 Individuals cheated in Work at Home scam

AHMEDABAD: Cybercrime authorities have held that a 24-year-old guy from Surat to get duping jobless people by enticing them with the guarantee of incomes from data entry function.
The goals were told that they could make while working at home.
Police nabbed detained, Hardik Vadalia, a resident of this Dabholi region of Surat, on Sunday.
Police stated Vadalia conducted a call center where he used 5 girls who ensnared individuals with job offers.
The accused had tricked approximately 1,700 people from whom he required quantities which range from Rs1,000 into Rs10,000.
He’s estimated to have created Rs17.4 lakh.
Cops stated that he generally took small numbers so that nobody would record a complaint.
Cybercrime police started probe following a 37-year-old out of Vatva registered a complaint.
