Noida: the names of around 1,800 investors in the Amrapali project in Noida which have not risked their flat claims, published in newspapers on Thursday.
To resolve the buyer’s problem that has bought a flat in a project that floated by real estate companies in Noida and Greater Noida, the Supreme Court has appointed the recipient of the court.
Supplies more than 9,500 flats are prepared.
Among them, almost 1,800 buyers from Noida have not submitted their application to force their flat claims.
According to noida authority official, this buyer has invested in a project that floated by the group and their names mentioned in the record managed by the Group housing department.
However, this buyer hasn’t been going forward so far.
Officials say that some of the names of buyers can be fictitious, while some people can become people who have shifted to other cities or dies during events.
The buyer has been given 15 days to advance and submit the documents to the NBCC managed by the government in his office in Sector 76.
The recipient of the court appointed by the APEX court will examine the documents, officials said.
