Noida: A 19-year-old young man who suspected sexually attacked a 15-year-old girl, slapped his mother and harassed him when the woman faced him at his home on Wednesday.
He has been arrested.
Shameem has followed VIII girls during the last few months and his mother, who worked as a domestic staff in sector 29, had asked him not to disturb the child, police said.
The woman and her daughter lived in her employer’s house and Shameem’s house in sector 37.
The girl’s father died a few years ago.
Recently, the young man allegedly touched the girl inappropriately.
When the mother of the child knew about the incident, he went to his house and talked to his parents.
“The woman went to Shameem’s house several times with the same complaint and his parents also asked him not to behave badly with the girl.
But on Wednesday, when the girl went to the young man’s house again, she was suspected of slapping her repeatedly and harassed it, “A police officer said, adding that he also encouraged the woman out of the house.
The young man who was accused of allegedly told the girl’s mother “she would marry her son and she would not be able to do anything about it”.
A FIR has been submitted to Shameem under the IPC 354 section (female simplicity), 323 (punishment because it voluntarily caused injured and 504 (intentional insults to break up public peace) and section 7/8 of the Pocso Law.
