19-year-old killed, friend injured when the bus ran into two wheels

Ludhiana: A 19-year-old woman was killed and her friend was injured after the Punjab highway bus which drove ended with their two-wheeled vehicle in Samrala at around 6 am on Tuesday.
Both of them went to the salon in Samrala when the accident occurred.
The deceased has been identified as Navdeep Kaur from Madhpur Village and who was injured as Nisha, 18, from Haidon Village.
Navdeep is scheduled to go to Canada in December in a visa study.
Father Gurmukh Singh said, “My daughter and her friend pursued a beauty course from the salon.
Every day, they will go there around 9am.
On Tuesday, the owner of the salon has asked them to come at 6 am to makeup brides and other clients.
About 15 minutes after Navdeep left home, we learned about the accident.
“The bus, who came from the side of Chandigarh, was their two-wheeled vehicle from behind and dragged them for several meters.
While Navdeep died in place, Nisha was taken to the hospital.
The condition is declared important.
The accused bus driver fled, leaving the vehicle behind the other), 338 (causing sad pain by acting to endanger the life or personal safety of others), 427 (damage causing damage to fifty rupees) and 304-A (causing death due to death negligence) from IPC.
