Nagpur: Nagpur District reported six new Covid-19 cases while nine patients recovered on Saturdays.
For the first time since November 4, Diwali’s day, recovering more than the case.
Although differences in new cases and recovery are very small, development has important significance.
A wave in new cases is expected in the region, especially as a result of rushing festally when people travel and blend during Diwali.
Nagpur began reporting more cases right after Diwali.
The number of cases reaches two digits once or twice for the past two weeks.
On the other hand, recovery goes down.
The number of patients who lacked rest, which was less than 30 before Diwali had surpassed 60 on November 19.
Throughout the day, the number of continuous recovery is less than the number of new cases.
“On Saturday, nine patients have recovered from Nagpur Regency to six new cases.
It can be an initial indicator that the post-diwali surge in new cases is now over,” said Anand Thatte’s epidemiology.
“If 50 cases in 15 days are a post-festive surge, then we can conclude that the pandemic will soon be endemic,” he added.
Dr.
Nitin Shinde’s infectious disease specialist has said that two weeks after the celebration season is very important.
If we consider Sunday, it ends on November 7, two weeks will be completed on November 21.
