Noida: two men have been arrested after a gunfight at Sector 58 ancient Thursday morning.
According to authorities, on the night of Tuesday and Wednesday, the accused reportedly attempted to cut an ATM of both Axis Bank at Chhajarsi Region.
On Wednesday, an FIR was lodged against the duo.
The robbers were recognized as Sehnwaz Khan and Haider Ali, the two are out of Gautam Budh Nagar.
Ankur Aggarwal, ADCP (Noida) told TOI they obtained a tip-off the two guys will proceed towards Parthala Chowk to commemorate an ATM.
“We’d put a police check post in the region and two individuals on a bike were observed arriving from Charmurti Chowk.
We requested them to stop but they began shooting on the staff,” he explained.
Aggarwal added that through the cross shooting, Khan acquired a bullet shot at his leg and dropped on the street.
“Haider returned in the place but he was detained afterwards,” that the ADCP stated.
